Marwan Zawaydeh more than thirty-seven years of solid international experiences in ICT technology, strategy, corporate governance and new business growth. Successful, large scale and hands on experiences in different industry sectors including telecommunication, eGovernment, eCommerce and digital transformation. Handled complex, multi country project rollouts with per project budgets up to $300 M.  Held senior positions as CTIO & CCGO at Etisalat UAE, Advisor to His Highness Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Board Member &   CTIO at Warid Telecom International, CEO at Warid Pakistan, CEO at Vtel Holding and Advisor to the President & CEO of Huawei MENA region.

Tarek Khawaldeh is an executive consultant in information and communication technology area with 20 years of extensive experience and management skills. Experience working in numerous industries, including telecommunications, high technology, and distribution. Significant experience in emerging markets. Has led the design, development and delivery of multi-dimensional cross-functional solutions, bringing together Strategy, Business Process Design, Organisational Design, Innovation, Change Management, Hardware, Software, IT & Infrastructure Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing. Tarek Khawaldeh has B.Sc. in Computer Science (1996).
